The Democrats should be forced to reimburse Trump for every penny he had to spend on this farse of an investigation... Initially, I wanted to say the FBI should reimburse him, but then that would affect all of us taxpayers when in fact the culprits were the Democrats so bill them!!!

Trump Cleared of Any Wrongdoing After Four-Year Investigation

By Warner Todd Huston
October 25, 2023 at 3:38pm

Former President Donald Trump has been cleared of at least one of the many nuisance charges Democrats have thrown at him since he left office in 2020.

After a lengthy, four-year review, a Department of Justice watchdog has officially found that Trump did not improperly influence the FBI’s decision to keep its headquarters in Washington, D.C., instead of moving it to Virginia or Maryland, according to a DOJ report.

Talk of moving the FBI out of the famed J. Edgar Hoover Building in downtown D.C. started 20 years ago and in 2014, the bureau began seriously considering moving to new offices.

The initial plan was to turn the building over to a developer, which would then build a new office complex in whatever location the bureau ultimately chose for its new facility. The deal was labeled an “exchange procurement.”

But a problem arose with the plan. The General Services Administration eventually realized that the property in D.C. would not cover the cost of building a new facility, and the feds would be stuck paying the additional costs. So it was not going to end up being an “exchange” after all.

This determination sent the FBI to develop a new proposal. They wrote up a plan to raze the Hoover building and build their new facility right there on the same plot of land.

This is where the conspiracy theorists in the Democrat Party kicked into action.

Democrats began accusing Trump of meddling in the FBI’s plans to move to a suburban campus during a meeting in January of 2018 that included members of the GSA, the FBI and the Trump White House.

“He was directly involved with the decision to abandon the long-term relocation plan and instead move ahead [with the alternate plan],” the conspiracy theorists complained in an October 2018 letter to the GSA.

It wasn’t just that Democrats felt Trump was somehow “improperly” involved in the discussions on the FBI’s move, but they insisted that Trump meddled so he could make money.

“He should not have played any role in a determination that bears directly on his own financial interests with the Trump Hotel,” they wrote.

So, what evidence did the Oversight and Review Division of the Department of Justice Office of the Inspector General find?

Zip, zero, nada.

In the division’s October report, they said they found nothing to substantiate the wild-eyed claims of the Democrat accusers.

“Specifically, we found no evidence that, in making the decision to seek to have the new FBI headquarters remain at its current JEH site, Director [Christopher] Wray or others at the FBI considered the location of the then-named Trump International Hotel or how then-President Trump’s financial interests could be impacted by the decision,” the report reads.

For his part, Wray said he didn’t think there was any pressure coming down from the White House on the matter.

“I did not feel pressured. I did not feel bullied,” Wray told the investigators. He added that Trump wasn’t really involved in the plans at all, and the decisions were not “driven by or based on … anything the President said or wanted.”

“There was no pressure to go in a particular direction. There was no requirement to stay in the current location. The Director concluded that the President had a topic that was in his element, he knows building. He was excited and engaged about the topic,” the report notes.

“There was nothing inappropriate or improper. The President said go forth and make plans,” the report concluded.

It’s just another example of how the Democrats have weaponized every segment of the federal establishment to attack, harass and wear Trump down to destroy him in mind, body and spirit, not to mention financially. Democrats don

You have to stand up against the bullies when you know you're right and they are wrong... Case in point:

Resist OVERREACH: GiveSendGo declines to submit sensitive donor info to anti-Trump AG

10/20/2023
Belle Carter

Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel demanded sensitive donor information from the fundraisers for former President Donald Trump electors but the Christian crowdfunding website GiveSendGo refused to comply.

According to the Detroit News, Nessel obtained a search warrant last week, ordering information about donors who had contributed to the legal defense of the pro-Trump patriots. They were the ones charged by the AG with a laundry list of felonies for submitting an alternate slate of electors as election fraud cases were being heard in court in the aftermath of the 2020 election. The former criminal prosecutor requested bank routing numbers, contributions and communications. "The totality of the circumstances indicate that Give Send Go LLC holds information and data of the listed Give Send Go subscriber profiles who assisted in carrying out and executing a plan to replace the 2020 Democratic electors with Republican electors and the intent with which the participants acted," stated the search warrant, which was signed by Ingham County District Court Judge Cynthia Ward on Aug. 29.

Legal experts immediately saw how the AG seemed to send a "chilling" warning message to the former president’s electors' donors. Michigan-based veteran criminal defense Attorney Joshua Blanchard commented: "I've never had the government demand to know who was paying my bill," Blanchard said. "One could fairly look at this from the outside and wonder if it's just trying to harass the folks who are defending the false electors."

GiveSendGo responded to news of the reports and claimed they would not be complying with the request from the AG's office. "We are aware of the reports regarding the search warrant. At GiveSendGo, we value the privacy of our givers and users and will protect it. Our founders have made it clear that we have not complied with these illegal search warrants, viewing them as overreaches and invasions of privacy. We are committed to challenging and resisting any such demands that compromise the privacy and trust of our community. We'll continue to uphold the values our platform is built upon in our mission to share the hope of Jesus through crowdfunding," the fundraising site said in a statement.

Big League Politics reported on the historic telethon that raised hundreds of thousands of dollars to benefit the Trump electors as they fight to save free speech in the court of law. "It's nobody's business whom Americans choose to donate money to, especially not some partisan, anti-Trump lesbian Attorney General on a power trip. Let this be another reminder of how important it is to use 'friendly' companies like GiveSendGo, who will have our backs when the tyrants come calling," another independent news outlet, the Revolver, pointed out.

During a virtual event with liberal activists back in September, Nessel alleged that the "fake Republican electors from 2020 were brainwashed to keep Trump in power." She also assured her audience that the first-of-their-kind criminal charges they filed in July against the GOP members of the electorate will get juries from a "very Democratic-leaning county," according to a recording obtained by CNN. This only suggested that she was going to win the cases.

"People talk a lot about, oh, why don't you start flipping some of those people so that they can become witnesses against the remaining defendants, the worst-acting defendants?" Nessel said. "The problem is, these are people who have been brainwashed." She continued: "How do you flip someone who concedes that they did everything that they’re accused of doing, but what they say is, 'we believe that we were in the right. We think that Donald Trump is the real winner of the election' … They really legit believe that. They genuinely believe it. Somebody can't even plead guilty if they wanted to, because they can't admit that what they did violated the law because they still think they're right."

For the lawyers representing the electors, Nessel crossed a line. Outside legal experts also highlighted that her comments would make it harder for her to win convictions. Shan Wu, a former federal prosecutor who supports charging the fake electors, said it was "inappropriate for Nessel to be "insulting defendants" that her office is prosecuting. "It undermines the validity of her prosecution theory," Wu explained. "If you think these people are brainwashed, then they didn't have the right state of mind and couldn't form the criminal intent to break the law, because they were being brainwashed by others." They accused him of meddling when that is what they have been doing to him and his career since 2015.

They were not fake electors. Each side selects a body of electors in case their candidate wins. When an election is close and there is a possibility the outcome is not known, they all do that. Democrats did the same during both Bush and Trump wins.

Yep... and it fits their M.O. to the "T" yet again too... they always claim the other side is doing what they themselves are doing!!!

Yep. They're called alternate electors... not fake electors as the Democrats like to mistakenly call them. And yes, both parties do it each election, especially if the count is close and both sides have been doing this for 10, 15 or maybe even more years! Therefore, there is nothing illegal about it. But because the Democrats paint it as "fake electors"... they're now trying to call that a crime when in fact is isn't a crime. Which is exactly what they've been trying to do with Trump for the past 7.5 years now.

It goes back to 2000 Bush vs Gore, maybe longer.

Yep.... the hanging chad issue and all. And perhaps even earlier.

But this is something diabolical that we've just recently heard about.

Trump declassified all the documents he brought with him to Mar a Lago.

Then, the Democrats claim he didn't declassify them.

Then, the Democrats get Joe Biden to revoke Trump's executive privilege just before the Mar a Lago raid.

Then, the Democrats raid Mar a Lago.

Then, after the raid, Biden reclassifies all the things that Trump had declassified. (Note: If Trump had not declassified them, then Biden would not have to reclassify them. But Biden reclassified them. Which means they were declassified and thus no case against Trump.)

Then, Jack Smith gets brought in and starts his dirty work in making a case where there isn't one.

BREAKING: Trump Lawyers Drop Bombshell Revelations About Biden Regime and Jack Smith in Classified Docs Hearing

By Cristina Laila
Nov. 1, 2023 7:40 pm

Trump’s lawyers on Wednesday afternoon attended a hearing in Fort Pierce, Florida on whether Judge Cannon will agree to postpone the classified documents trial currently scheduled for May 2024.

Judge Cannon signaled she may postpone Trump’s trial. She also admonished one of Jack Smith’s prosecutors, according to Julie Kelly who attended Wednesday’s hearing.

Trump’s lawyers dropped bombshell revelations during the hearing on Wednesday, according to reporter Julie Kelly.

Julie Kelly attended the hearing in person on Wednesday. According to Kelly, Trump’s lawyers revealed:

Trump’s lawyers told Judge Cannon they discovered a June 2023 letter asking DOE to remove Trump’s ACTIVE SECURITY CLEARANCE.” – A few weeks AFTER Smith handed down classified documents indictment.

Trump’s lawyers told Judge Cannon this afternoon they have evidence that the Biden White House collaborated with NARA, DOJ, and intel agencies to determine which documents to include in Jack Smith’s indictment.

Trove of evidence includes “years” worth of security footage from MAL
Evidence of “extensive communications” between White House, NARA, intel agencies and DOJ/Jack Smith prior to the indictment to determine which classified files to include.

Trump still had DOE security clearance related to at least one charged document as recently as June 2023.

•Defense might include the Secret Service as a considered member of prosecution since they have their own security apparatus separate from MAL

Another bombshell from Wednesday’s hearing: Trump’s lawyers have not seen any underlying evidence to back up claims that 340 classified documents reviewed by Jack Smith are even classified.

Per Julie Kelly: Also from today’s hearing. Jack Smith told judge the classification review of 340 or so documents had been completed. Defense said they have memos confirming material is classified per intel review but no underlying evidence to support claim.

President Trump’s executive privilege was obliterated by Joe Biden.

The Biden White House worked directly with the Justice Department and National Archives to facilitate the investigation into Trump’s handling of documents, according to memos reviewed by investigative reporter John Solomon.

Joe Biden’s spokeswoman has repeatedly claimed Joe Biden had no knowledge of the raid and that he found out about it in the media.

According to the memos, the Biden White House instigated the criminal investigation by eliminating Trump’s claims to executive privilege.

Joe Biden paved the way for his Justice Department to arrest his political opponent after he retroactively revoked Trump’s executive privilege.

Biden revoking Trump’s executive privilege opened the door for the former president to be subpoenaed – the subpoena then opened the door for the Justice Department to charge Trump with federal crimes.

“By May, [White House Deputy Counsel Jonathan] Su conveyed to the Archives that President Joe Biden would not object to waiving his predecessor’s claims to executive claims, a decision that opened the door for DOJ to get a grand jury to issue a subpoena compelling Trump to turn over any remaining materials he possesse
