BOOM: Fauci, Biden, Psaki Sued in Major Big Tech Collusion Lawsuit!

Things continue to get worse for the apparatchiks of the ruling regime: now, in addition to losing the abortion battle and much of the mask battle in the courts at the same time that Elon Musk is taking a hammer to the censorship regime by buying Twitter, Fauci and Biden just got rocked by a massive lawsuit.
 
That lawsuit, filed last Thursday by Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt and Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry, names Biden, Psaki, Dr. Fauci, and Nina Jankowicz (the Disinformation Board woman) as defendants and accuses them of colluding with Big Tech to crush certain messages on platforms like Facebook and YouTube under the guise of fighting “misinformation”.
 
Fox News, reporting on what specifically the lawsuit alleges that Biden, Fauci, Psaki, and the others named did, said:
 
The lawsuit alleges that the federal government violated constitutional rights to suppress free speech in “one of its greatest assaults by federal government officials in the Nation’s history.”
 
The defendants allegedly “coerced, threatened, and pressured social media platforms to censor disfavored speakers and viewpoints by using threats of adverse government action,” according to the filing.
 
Further, the lawsuit also argues that:
 
“Having threatened and cajoled social-media platforms for years to censor viewpoints and speakers disfavored by the Left, senior government officials in the Executive Branch have moved into a phase of open collusion with social media companies to suppress disfavored speakers, viewpoints, and content on social-media platforms under the Orwellian guise of halting so-called ‘disinformation.’ ‘misinformation,’ and ‘malinformation.’”
 
“Labeling disfavored speech ‘misinformation’ or ‘disinformation’ does not strip it of First Amendment Protection … with the common understanding that some false statements are inevitable if there is to be an open and vigorous expression of views in public and private conversation … the First Amendment seeks to guarantee.”
 
Examples of that, according to the lawsuit, include the Hunter Biden laptop story, arguments about masks, and claims that Covid originated in a Wuhan lab.
 
If true, that’s likely a big deal, as the First Amendment provides that “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”
 
Though Congress is the entity named in the Amendment, the Executive Branch also is limited in its ability to crack down on speech, as any attempt to regulate protected speech (speech other than true threats, obscenity, incitement, etc.) must pass strict scrutiny, which means the government must show both a compelling interest in the regulation and that the regulation is narrowly tailored to achieve the government’s end.
 
What the Team Biden officials supposedly did does not appear to meet that hurdle and “misinformation” isn’t unprotected, so there’s a probably a problem if Team Biden has, in fact, been pressuring the companies to censor permissible speech.

Actually, it's no hurdle at all...

The First Amendment provides that “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

Biden's new disinformation czar is unconstitutional. PERIOD! Very simple. Biden has no authority to authorize anybody to determine what can and cannot be said regardless of who determines something is misinformation, disinformation or incorrect information!!!

They have no grounds to stand on!!!

So where is the big hurdle?

They have to find an unbiased judge and jury. Look at the Sussman trial. Stacked with Hillary supporters.

Yes on the "should never be allowed"... but it continues to happen time and again... and more so in Democrat run States.

But we the people don't stand up against it and thus it continues to happen.

And then there is this... Fauci could have come clean and said that he lied about Hydroxychloroquine which he also flip-flopped on!

Dr. Fauci sat down with Local 4’s Dr. Frank McGeorge at the University of Michigan’s School of Public Health this week to share what he has learned throughout the Covid pandemic.
 
“You’ve basically been accused of flip-flopping on your positions. Can you clarify why some of those nuanced opinions are really important?” Dr. McGeorge asked Fauci.
 
“Yeah, what I can say, it’s a good thing. I have flip-flopped and the reason is because science and the evolution of this outbreak changes,” Fauci said laughing.
 
“If you are being true to the facts and true to the data, you’re going to have to change. That’s not flip-flopping, that’s getting moving along with the science the way this outbreak is moving along. And it’s understandable how the general public doesn’t fully understand that,” Fauci added.

I'm not shocked at the verdict at all.
 
He's totally guilty by all means... there is more than ample proof, but yet he was acquitted.
 
It only goes to show how deep state is in control of so many branches of our government and how they use their power to get the outcomes they are looking for. 
 
The deck was stacked againt Durham from the get go. But, Durham did get quite a bit out of this Sussman trial. He's pinned the donkey tail right square on Hillary's a$$... Sussman is small fry. Sure we all would have liked to have seen him do jail time, but that's deep state for you. They protect their own at all costs.
 
But the intel gathered at this hearing has made it harder for Hillary to wiggle out of too, so it' not a total loss as some might expect.
 
I expect to see 3 or 4 more court hearings before Hillary is brought to trial. Each with more and more damning evidence against Hillary in each case.
 
So let this be an example of how corrupt deep state has tainted our government... a man... guilty as hell... gets acquitted! 
 
While... an innocent man... Gen. Flynn... had his life destroyed for admitting he lied to the FBI... when in fact he didn't... some FBI agent modified what he said to say something he didn't say... but his life was totally destroyed. He lost his home... everything for not "lying"... but being forced to lie... for things he didn't say!
 
That's how deep state works. And we need to be aware and looking forward for more corrupt activity from the deep state moving forward!
 
An innocent Republican framed... while a guilty Democrat acquitted!!! Welcome to deep state politics... as corrupt as things can get!
