I voted 1. They should be arrested and put in solitary like Jan 6 protestors.

They were probably worse than many of the Jan 6 who are currently arrested.

Many from the Jan 6 riot just walked in open doors, they had no pass, didn't know one was necessary.

This press group applied for a pass, but were rejected. Thus they knew they needed a pass. But even without a pass, they proceeded to trespass. So they were actually worse than many on Jan 6th.

So I say lock them up too only to be fair and impartial. Otherwise, we would have another double standard where Trump supporters get locked up but liberal news media don't!

Actually, it was 9 staffers and not 7 as initially reported.

Likewise, the question of how they got into the building at that time of night...

Well, guess what... one of Adam Schiff's associates Jake Auchincloss opened the door to let them in without valid credentials. Jake Auchincloss - Wikipedia

They should have been escorted, but were not escorted.

LOL.  Did you watch none of the video of the assault on the Capitol?

It would seem so, wouldn’t it?  Send them to jail. Instead, they spent one night in jail and were released.

To follow the Jan 6 line of reasoning, anyone with a connection should also be thrown in jail. So Schiff needs to go too.

Yep... and all the others they arrested and are still incarcerated for unconstitutional reasons.

I say place those 9 in cells next to those who are still jailed inside!!! Otherwise, it's partisan double-standard politics.

In fact, these 9 were thrown out once... and then returned a 2nd time... so their jail term should be twice that of those currently being held prisoner!

Schiff, Pelosi, and all others... in fact everybody on their select committee including the two RINOs need to be jailed too!

Yes, they entered twice. Good point.
