The IRS are being given arrest capabilities. They can already go after people monetarily. Why would they need to use guns and arrest people, too?

Remember the Nazi Brown Shirts?

And I bet the IRS will only go after Republicans too! Arrest them before the mid terms so that they cannot vote while they're in jail!!!

It’s it’s but even with all their increase in power, most people won’t be targeted.  They are going to go after small businesses because there is a lot of money tied up in business and a lot of legal loopholes. A friend sold used retail and did very well in slightly used appliances.  As in extremely well but because they had fewer than 10 employees, they are a small business. Merchandise ages rapidly due to new models coming out, so any unsold inventory gets a depreciation allowance.  They made a few million $ a year but a majority of that was tied up in inventory, not incomes. Still, the IRS went after them and changed their allowed loopholes, going back years. So suddenly they “owed” close to $1 million in back taxes. The only way to come up with the money was to sell off all their inventory quickly at a loss, so one audit wiped out their entire business.  And everything they did was legal! The IRS changed the rules.  It was terrible. They ended up moving.

No, they will go after the money, despite party affiliation. It’s all about building up coffers. They have also said they want to go after pensions, by forcing all retirement money into a social security style system. That was a few years ago and never went anywhere because so many of their own supporters have retirement accounts and investments, but they could still try.

Middle class America are made up by many middle class small shop owners... the successful ones who prove that capitalism works. The socialists don't like that so they want to wipe them out!

Expect more of this with the 87,000 new IRS agents!

Not to mention, jailing many Republicans so that they cannot vote in the mid terms!!!

That's another possibility too!

Just one more election meddling method that many haven't thought of! it does help explain why 87,000 are needed though!
