I think it depends on the way you look at the video.
If you think you're the person slipping on the ice, you would probably feel sorry and not laugh.
But if you think you're the person filming it, you would probably go into the hysterical laughter as she actually did.
It's all about perspective.
And I must admit that the woman slipping and sliding ain't no young spring chicken either!
