I love all pickles and various pickled vegetables such as Japanese daikon radish, kabu (like a beet), Chinese cabbage, you name it.

Which methods did you try?

My wife makes many pickled vegetables all the time. Perhaps I can give you a few of her tips.

Mostly Sutsuke now that I look at it. Or vinegar with sugar and sesame. Nothing tasted like the restaurant.
