I saw Garland on TV getting very upset when questioned about the Catholic Church.  I haven’t watched the video yet.  He’s really a mess. He refuses to answer questions.

OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE: FDA refusing to provide COVID “vaccine” safety data to Congress as requested

09/08/2023
By Ethan Huff

The United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is refusing to comply with a request from Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wisc.) for Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) “vaccine” safety data.

Earlier in the year, the FDA conducted a series of analyses based on data collected from the government-run Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS), which tracks injuries and deaths caused by vaccines. Prior to that, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) publicly claimed that none of the safety signals it identified pertaining to Fauci Flu shots were “unexpected.”

Johnson, who is leading the charge in Congress to hold Big Pharma and Big Government accountable for COVID crimes against humanity, had asked the FDA for details about its analyses and how they were conducted, only to have the regulatory agency stonewall him.

The FDA and the CDC ran different types of analyses, the latter using Proportional Reporting Ratio analyses that involve comparing the number of reported adverse events stemming from COVID jabs to the number of reported adverse events caused by other types of shots.

Records show that the first time the CDC ran its analyses for COVID jabs in 2022, hundreds of signals were triggered. Earlier analyses conducted by the FDA in 2021 relied on what is known as Empirical Bayesian (EB) data mining.

FDA, CDC work for Big Pharma, not We the People

According to former CDC head Rochelle Walensky, a notorious liar, the results of the CDC’s Proportional Reporting Ratio analyses “were generally consistent with EB data mining, revealing no additional unexpected safety signals.”

In response to this claim, Sen. Johnson asked for further details and proof to back Walensky’s claim, only to have the CDC redirect him to the FDA, which then failed to provide the requested materials.

According to the FDA, it cannot provide the information Sen. Johnson seeks because of a pending legal case.

“FDA’s EB data mining analyses of adverse events contained in VAERS reports for COVID-19 vaccines are currently the subject of pending FOIA [Freedom of Information Act] litigation,” the agency said.

“FDA is unable to comment on pending litigation or provide information or data that is currently being considered in pending litigation.”

Sen. Johnson’s response to this was to write a letter to FDA Commissioner Dr. Robert Califf informing him that the FDA’s claim is wrong. He also clarified that the FDA has a legal obligation to provide the requested materials.

“As you are well aware, Congress has a right to information contained at U.S. federal agencies as it conducts its constitutional oversight responsibilities,” Sen. Johnson wrote.

“It is outrageous that FDA would assert that pending litigation, and particularly FOIA litigation, would allow your agency to obstruct my congressional oversight. Any pending litigation FDA may have relating to its EB data mining records has no bearing on its responsibility to comply with a congressional request.”

In the past, Sen. Johnson went on to say, there have generally never been any problems obtaining government documents subject to litigation. This includes information that he requested from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), the parent agency that oversees the FDA.

Sen. Johnson is urging the FDA to produce the EB data mining analyses by no later than September 20. The FDA, meanwhile, is refusing to comment any further on the matter.

Back in January, Children’s Health Defense (CHD), a project of 2024 presidential contender Robert F. Kennedy Jr., sued the FDA for refusing to procure the results of the EB data mining analyses, arguing that the FDA is engaging in illegal behavior.

Morris: Ten Questions the Bidens Should Be Asked by Congress

EMMA-JO MORRIS
29 Sep 2023

House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-KY) subpoenaed Hunter and James Biden on Thursday, as Congress looks to discern to what extent President Joe Biden is tied up in his family’s overseas business deals.

Throughout their investigation into the Bidens, House Republicans have revealed significant evidence showing Joe Biden’s involvement in the family business, including, but not limited to: photos, texts, video, bank records, an audio recording, alleged bribes, along with IRS and former business partner whistleblower testimonies.

It took Congress 315 days into its investigation to subpoena the two central characters in the Biden business; these are some of the questions they should have to answer:

The Bidens were paid tens of millions of dollars from various foreign entities — what services were you paid for?

Have you ever paid for anything for Joe Biden? Have you ever given money to Joe Biden? If so, for what/how much?

Have you ever shared a bank account with Joe Biden? Did Joe Biden ever have access to your bank account?

How many trips have you taken on Air Force One? What were the destinations of those trips and who did you meet while on those trips?

Do you currently have any business deals with foreign nationals or foreign entities? Are you currently being paid by any foreign nationals or foreign entities?

Have you ever advised Joe Biden on policy while he is president?

Why were you not paid directly, as opposed to an LLC under another name?

Why was money from foreign business deals dispersed to various family members, including children?

Are there any instances where U.S. government officials were involved in your services? Who are they?

On how many occasions has Joe Biden met with individuals you were engaged in business with? How many of those instances were with foreign nationals?

In the process of the investigation, the House Oversight Committee unveiled several tranches of Biden business bank records. Those showed the Biden business received at least $20 million from business schemes in Romania, China, Russia, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan. In total, nine Biden family members received payments from the family foreign business ventures, including two of Joe Biden’s grandchildren. Hunter is reported to have paid for home repairs on President Joe Biden’s Delaware residence and other bills. Hunter Biden is also seen lamenting about having to pay half his salary to his father, in a text message conversation with his daughter.

Joe Biden has been photographed multiple times with his family’s business associates.

Hunter Biden now has an art business, fetching six-figure sums for his amateur work to allegedly anonymous buyers. One of his buyers is reported to have visited the White House 13 times.

Hunter maintains a close relationship with his father, with whom he frequently travels and, according to a report in the New York Times, to whom he is an “informal advisor.”

50 US Lawmakers Reintroduce ‘CBDC Anti-Surveillance State Act’ to Protect ‘the American Way of Life’

BY PATRICIA HARRITY
SEPTEMBER 14, 2023

Fifty U.S. lawmakers have reintroduced the CBDC Anti-Surveillance State Act to prohibit the Federal Reserve from issuing a retail Central Bank Digital Currency while protecting innovation and any future development of true digital cash. This is in direct opposition to the Globalists and the WEF agenda that seeks to enslave and remove all personal freedoms and privacy with CCP-style credit scores and surveillance.

U.S. Congressman Tom Emmer (R-MN) who has been a longtime advocate that any Fed-issued digital dollar (central bank digital currency) remain open, permissionless, and private announced on Tuesday that he and 49 other lawmakers have reintroduced the CBDC Anti-Surveillance State Act “to halt the efforts of unelected bureaucrats in Washington D.C. from issuing a Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) that dismantles Americans’ right to financial privacy.”

“If not open, permissionless, and private — like cash — a CBDC is nothing more than a CCP-style surveillance tool that can be weaponized to oppress the American way of life.” argues the congressman, “President Biden is willing to compromise the American people’s right to financial privacy for a surveillance-style CBDC. I don’t believe in compromising Americans’ rights,” he added.

CBDC Power

In many Western countries, including England, the USA, and Australia, banks are continuing to push towards the goal of Central Bank Digital Currencies as the only money as they plan to completely phase out cash use before the end of 2024. Individuals may argue that they already mostly use digital banking and debit or credit cards.

However, we have witnessed the freezing of the bank accounts of protesters in 2022 by Canadian PM Justin Trudeau simply for standing against the tyrannical restrictions of the plandemic, and hundreds of personal bank accounts were frozen under special powers.

Although yes, banks already have the power to close your account if they deem it necessary at the moment there is a small number of people already dealing with this, with their only offence being buying Bitcoin or questioning why the banks need to know what we’re doing with our money or questioning the banks ever tightening rules about holding an account with them, imagine what’s going to happen with CBDCs as the only legal currency says Brad Bleckwehl author of from the gutter up.

He continues: “If you think the careers, contracts, and accounts of famous people getting canceled for saying or doing something that offends has nothing to do with you.. think about how ever-tightening PC culture is growing, and how authoritarian our Western governments have been becoming in recent years.“

“They’re literally trying to pass misinformation and censorship bills so they can legally control what we’re allowed to talk about. Combine the loss of freedom of speech with the ability to blackball us financially by freezing CBDCs, and we’re headed to a very bleak time for society. It’s not just going to be what is currently considered socially acceptable or not, it’s going to be forced behavior, forced ways of thinking. Look at how they bullied us with covid vaxxes.” (source).

The news of this pushback against the authoritarian control of our finances is huge.
CBDC Anti-Surveillance State Act Updated, Reintroduced

Congressman Emmer posted on social media platform X: “Today, with 49 of my Republican colleagues, I reintroduced the CBDC Anti Surveillance State Act.” (source)

Emmer had already announced in February 2023 that he had introduced the Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) Anti-Surveillance State Act in the House of Representatives. The recently elected House Majority Whip tweeted: “Today, I introduced the CBDC Anti-Surveillance State Act to halt efforts of unelected bureaucrats in Washington, DC from stripping Americans of their right to financial privacy.” https://x.com/GOPMajorityWhip/status/1628397390024638466?s=20

He explained that the bill “does three things” by amending the Federal Reserve Act. “Firstly
