Canada's leader has real mental issues and he has gone so far as to attempt to criminalize criticism.

I think you're referring to Trudeau?

Canada has 4 providences with a leader in each one... as far as I understand.

Canada has 10 provinces and 3 territories (Northwest Territories, Yukon, & Nunavut).  All have their own Premiers and Canada has a so called PRIME MINISTER Trudeau.  There's changes going on frequently as the country's population grows.

Do a majority like Trudeau?

Clearly yes as Trudeau has won three elections. Whether Nucc decides to magically understand his own country’s political culture doesn’t change the fact that Canada is a liberal democracy and therefore skews to the centre which is the Liberals bread and butter, it’s also why the election is over long before the tabulation is complete from Manitoba onward to the coast of BC, most of the country’s population, industrial base, financial base resides in Ontario and Quebec, which the Liberals can count on for a sizeable chunk.

I know we’ve discussed it before by how can a liberal voter base swing to the center?  Liberal by definition should be left of center.

What mental issues are you referring to? Personally, I think you hate mental health issues, seeing as personal opinion is all that is being expressed as fact here apparently.

Remember, criticize ideas not other members.

I think there are two different issues.  I feel sorry  for the person who was refused organ donation but donating organs to save the life of another person is a different matter  - it is not about helping the hospital, it is about helping another human being.

So people should not stop donating? I agree, but the hospital should not have denied someone a transplant over a shot. They should face consequences.
