It happened on August 14. They were involved in 3 intentional accidents on that day and one was arrested on a different traffic charge then. Authorities didn’t know details until the video surfaced this week and a school resources officer contacted the police. Both teens have been arrested for the murder. They also hit a 72 year old on a bicycle but that persons lived.

Once they identified him the passenger was also arrested. They plan to try them both as adults.
