Unintended consequences:
It’s illegal for one company to sell them but not for anyone to own them. This will cause a huge black market to emerge of devices and products from other countries.
The other companies that were not singled out and punished will have increased sales.
The fake cartridges will be laced with fentanyl and people will die.
Juul will appeal and win because the government can’t pick on one business and favor another without any data, which they don’t have.
