It's actually quite an interesting read and gives our House Representatives the teeth they need to continue their investigations into the areas he has legally spelled out quite clearly. 

Many of the areas he talks about were not initially under his purview, but none the less, he spells out the requirements required to bring indictments and convictions with a bit more due diligence.

I'm still less than 1/3rd through the entire report, but plan to read it all over the next few days!
