Suppose you were able to travel to another planet. And when you arrive , you find creatures that find much fascination in the ability to send projectiles at fast speed towards inanimate objects , another creature or same like creatures, So much devotion to this exercise that any new technology that comes along that enables more opportunities for projecting projectiles is formally fought for legally. Freedom of speech to create weapons that are untraceable . Freedom for some to hide their irresponsibility.
