It tells me we are all secretly over involved and obsessed with toilet paper.

I was in the middle of a real run on a market today. The first market had no parking. The second had one empty spot and I had to squeeze to get into it.  There were no available baskets in the store or the parking lot. I walked in with a bag and saw enormous lines.  People were pulling things off the shelves. There were no frozen vegetables left, and someone had even cleaned out the Lean Cuisine shelves.  No bottled water, no paper products at all, toilet, tissues, towels, no wipes, no gloves, and about half the soap was gone.  Most of the disinfectants and cleaning supplies were gone.  I looked at the huge crowd, thought about floating virus germs and left without trying to buy anything.

It's getting crazy out there!

Given my new location is about 30 minutes away from the main Amazon warehouse for this area, I'm going to try to replenish supplies through the computer and their own delivery vehicle stopping at our house. Seems to me it would be the best  thing Jeff Bezos could do for Amazon and his customers..

True. But...toilet paper? Okay.

Amazon is not taking orders for toilet paper. They are out.

Haven't been to the grocery in since Monday.   Plan to go tomorrow early.  We shall see.

I find toilet paper is out of stock even at Amazon.com and Walmart.  Food items, no problem.  Walgreens here was out of tissues, toilet  paper, sanitizer. But plenty of snacks and beer!

Most of us do live with water on call, not in a desert shanty or under a tree.

Couldn’t agree more with this! Take an old sheet and break it down or washcloth, not the most ideal scenario but problem solved! Also, did people get their water to their house shut off?!? Lol! Again, relax people, and save some for your fellow humans!

Final thought, if it really came down to the end times, and let’s say you’re able to store a year or two, heck even 10 years of items, good luck fighting off those in need of the items! You’re in for a living hell of an existence! Lol!

So just relax a bit, take a moment to just breathe, and when this does pass, and it will, enjoy your hard earned stash of toilet paper now clogging your closets! Lol!

Well, as long as we can get cookies, we will be alright. Except I’ve given up desserts.
