They need to do everything they can to stay safe, but we already know many people won’t or don’t care, vaccine or not.

I think it will run it's course and time itself out before a safe and sure vaccine is made and ready.
We need to test foods to see if some ease the side effects while others make make them worse. Just like as a kid I was not allowed dairy when I had a bad cough. Maybe we eat things that make us suffer more?

I’m sure we do but food choices are complicated. A friend gave up wheat, dairy, meat and sugar, and is a lot better but her family refuses to eat her diet so she cooks two different things for each meal.  I think she is now a vegan.

We are also limited by what is available to us.

That is not too far from the way I eat except I am heavy on chicken bone soup. My eyesight has gotten stronger but my ability to lose contact lenses remains about the same. Always seems to be on the left eye.

I have noticed some people have bad reactions to some foods. It may be an allergy or sensitivity or the inability to digest certain food properly.  I’m not sure how they find out, though.  She put herself on an extreme diet and it worked. You used process of elimination.

Many years ago I spent many hours sitting in a different type of allergy testing. The bottom line was thatmy absolute worst allergies were to candida and mold, both caused from antibiotics and steroids, prescription, of course. They were the ones that could put.me to sleep sitting upright in a wooden, straight backed kitchen chair. I would pull up my legs and curl up in a little ball. The tester would shout at me to open my mouth and I did so she could squirt something in it. Eventually, I got enough to a point where I would wake up and put my legs down.
My point of entry had been stomach, rear end, arms and eyes. I looked like a Peter Lorre monster around my eyes with one eye drooping so.much I got my drivers license photo postponed. One of the things the tester did was "muscle testing" to hone in on how severe my. infections were. She would then mix a drug for.me to inject myself with at home. That was the beginning. I was also tested for food and scent (ie laundry soap).
Many years ago there was a book about allergies being caused by candida. It was called "The Yeast SYNDROME", not Yeast Connection.

That is a severe allergy.

Very much so. Left me with arthritis in my hands in my 20's. It went away from the drugs but the quack who owned the clinic insisted I try hormones. Thought I would die and hands have hurt ever since.

That is too bad. It sounds like you have overcome a lot.

I have but on the other hand I feel I am healthier by avoiding the drugs that made me sick.
