I have not but I have eaten it. It used to be a childhood lunchpail favorite. At some point the ingredients seemed to change and I have not liked it since.
It will never replace ham.

A reporter from HI said that there they call spam ham and ham is called steak.

I haven’t tried it but if found a lot of good recipes online.  Someone uses it as a staple.

It was a special treat to have a spam sandwich when young. I loved it. Can't think of any other way I would eat it now except with scrambled eggs.
