I live far from it but no matter how many riots are in it, I will always have good feelings about it. If I had the money I would move back.

Last night's riot was downtown and bad but small. It had Molotov cocktails being tossed and fire started in the Justice Center. It was about what was happening in Kentucky, as if Portland is responsible for a death by police there.

So the rioters are hypocrites and xenophobes by the definitions used by their own supporters.

And by targeting businesses owned by specific ethnicities, their actions should technically come under the definition of hate crimes. But then by their standards, the only people who are capable of committing hate crimes are those with pale skin and west European ancestry. Everyone else gets a free pass to run amok and commit whatever acts of arson and wanton destruction that they please.

Extrapolating, it makes me wonder if, should they get the upper hand of power, if they'll do a Balkan States type ethnic cleansing.
