My county library quarentines everything returned for 4 days, including DVD's using hard plastic cases. They might know more than I do.
In the meantime, I carry Lysol and use it if I sit down in my grocery store to use the internet.

I think 96 hours is too much but it’s recommended and used by a lot of libraries.   There doesn’t seem to be much proof that the virus can be contracted from a book or paper.

The thing that concerns me the most are the scooters supplied by the store. They are the only place to sit when waiting for my Lift. In dry weather I go outside, shove the potted plants for sale around and sit on the metal plant stand. Nice place to sit when they have nothing but potted herbs on the stand.
Earlier in the day I sit on a wooden bench in in the sun in a lobby not as busy as the others. I use Lysol on the bench. That is where I use my tablet on the free wifi.

If it’s in the sun, that kills virus germs quickly.

Yup. I am well stocked. Got a nice trench coat for the rain at Costco for under $5.

It depends more on the jet stream than radiative cooling.

How did you find one at that price?  If ours sold less than $5 raincoats, they would be sold out in less than 5 minutes.
