Yep, but all of the liberal news media as well as many Congressional Democrats were making up all kinds of lies and spewing out fake news that it was dangerous.
Like I said... I wonder how many it may have saved were they not so afraid to take it.
The only sense it makes is "to make Trump look bad". (i.e. No sense or nonsense BS!!!) It was just another false narrative.

There are probably quite a few of them... they were too afraid to say that they had taken hydroxychloroquin because they would have been lambasted, called stupid and a lot of others would have probably dumped on them, not to mention that Facebook and Twitter would have banned their accounts.
So yes... I presume quite a few of them decided not to tell anybody.

Yes, it saved quite a few lives until other solutions were discovered.
I think Hydroxy could have save quite a few more lives too had they not bastardized it over the liberal news media like they did.
It was the best thing going until other drugs were made available and could have continued to be used had it not been for the liberal news media intervention against it.

Now... yes... but back when Trump first mentioned use of it... there were no better treatments at the time.
Just think... 3 times more people could have been saved had the Democrats and the liberal news media along with Big Tech firms covering up a treatment that had a lot of potential but was scratched due to their asinine fake news.
THE drug hydroxychloroquine can increase a Covid-19 patient's survival rate by up to 200 percent, according to a fresh study.
Donald Trump was mocked by critics for touting the malaria drug as a potential cure for coronavirus last year
But it has since emerged that ventilated parents with a severe case of the virus and treated with high doses of hydroxychloroquine with zinc have a better chance of successfully battling it.
In March 2020, Trump said he was taking the drug to prevent Covid.
He was infected with the virus in October 2020.
Trump was lambasted by members of the scientific community for suggesting that hydroxychloroquine was a miracle but on Wednesday, his allies highlighted the Saint Barnabas Medical Center study.
It was carried out in New Jersey on 255 patients and published by the site medRxiv on May 31 as MAGA fans flocked to Twitter to highlight it.
Trump's spokesman, Jason Miller, wrote: "Oh" with the quote that the "study shows hydroxychloroquine and zinc treatments increased coronavirus survival rate by almost three times."
