BOMBSHELL: Expert Witness Reveals Installed AZ Governor Katie Hobbs Laundered Cartel Money Through Fake Deeds and Mortgages to Rig Elections… Including Her Own

BY JD RUCKER
February 25, 2023

Even as the vast majority of conservatives in the nation have given up on exposing the massive, widespread voter fraud that stole the 2020 presidential elections as well as multiple lower elections in the 2022 cycle, some are still fighting the good fight to bring corruption to light. One such patriot is Jacqueline Breger who presented compelling testimony and evidence to the Arizona Joint Elections Committee Thursday.

According to Breger, installed Democrat Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs, who was Secretary of State presiding over the gubernatorial election against Republican Kari Lake, has a long and demonstrable history of corruption that includes using Mexican cartel money to steal multiple state elections.

As Jordan Conradson noted on The Gateway Pundit:

During the meeting, legislators considered a presentation by Jacqueline Breger, which, if true, exposed absolutely bombshell information regarding massive corruption and collusion between American politicians, appointed government officials, and the Sinaloa Cartels. The money laundering and racketeering scheme allegedly uses fraudulent mortgages, real estate transactions, and insurance claims in Maricopa County to hide money made through cartel human trafficking, drug trafficking, and bribery of elected officials, and to rig elections, intimidate, or murder those who threaten the operation.

The scheme allegedly creates identities, credentials, and professional licenses for “non-existent individuals,” which if true, could be used for fake voter registrations. The Maricopa County computer database is also used for the alleged “removal of genuine documents from the county system.”

Breger identifies herself as a longtime Arizona resident and a forensic investigator with the Harris/Thaler Law Corporation, investigating multi-state racketeering and corruption. She states that she holds a masters degree in marketing and honors degrees in Finance, Financial Accounting, Business, statistics, economics, and business strategy.

Breger claims that attorney John Thaler investigated money laundering and racketeering in Maricopa County and reviewed over 120,000 documents which include “fake notarizations, fake deeds of trust, fraudulent buyers and or sellers of the real property transactions, as well as other companies used in real estate transactions, such as real estate brokers, mortgage companies Title and Escrow companies, real estate inspection companies, service companies.”

The details revealed by Breger are absolutely damning. Even if one does not connect her actions to either the cartel or voter fraud (both of which seem almost certainly connected), the simple impropriety of Hobbs’ actions are undeniable. According to her testimony [emphasis added]:

Breger: In 2006, the US Attorney’s Office in Illinois, Idaho, and Indiana investigated the laundering of drug cartel monies through a complex series of single-family home purchases in those particular states. By 2009, numerous real estate agents, escrow companies, and title insurers had been indicted, charged, and convicted of racketeering. And in 2014, our office was asked to review the case file. The reason for this was we were asked to determine whether the monies from the sale of the properties had filtered to properties purchased in Arizona, specifically in Maricopa and Pima County. We concluded that several real estate agents convicted in Iowa had set up laundering systems in Arizona, and thereafter, had transferred the proceeds of sales to Panamanian corporations.

In 2018, Mr. Thaler discovered, incidental to a completely independent matter, a series of trust deeds evidencing that cash laundered through single-family residences in Arizona was pervasive and ongoing. With that, a new investigation began with the focus being on money laundered and related racketeering activities in Maricopa County, as well as in several other Arizona counties… Over 120,000 documents have been reviewed to date.

These documents have definitely evidenced multiple racketeering enterprises, which include narcotic sales, money laundering, tax evasion, payroll, theft, bankruptcy fraud, life insurance fraud, auto insurance fraud, bribing of elected and appointed officials, creating and modifying public record, falsifying professional licenses and related credentials, swatting individuals who pose a threat to these enterprises, and last but not least, election fraud.

Beginning in Illinois, Idaho, and Iowa in the early 80s, cash earned or otherwise collected in the sale of illegal narcotics and human trafficking activities, conducted by the Sinaloa Cartel, have been laundered thr

How Dems took control of courts – and then elections

Scheme makes quality of candidates, plans, irrelevant

By WND News Services
Published February 11, 2023 at 4:23pm

Weeping, gnashing of teeth, and lots of Monday-morning quarterbacking could describe Pennsylvania Republicans’ reactions to Novembers’ election losses.

From poor candidates to poor messaging to poorly run campaigns to poor mail-in voting strategies, no shortage of factors played a role.

But “What happened in 2022?” is too shortsighted a question. Republicans should instead reflect on the fact that the Left began planning for this moment long ago.

Before the 2010 census and subsequent decennial redistricting process, Democrats architected a “divide and conquer” strategy. To their goals of winning legislative and gubernatorial elections, Democrats prioritized another aim: file lawsuits challenging current maps and win control of state courts so that these lawsuits would end up before friendly judges.

Success would mean that candidate and messaging quality wouldn’t matter because district lines alone would deliver wins.

This strategy was the impetus for the founding of organizations like the litigation-focused National Democratic Redistricting Committee (NDRC), established with the backing of former President Barack Obama and former Attorney General Eric Holder.

In 2015, the Left put its strategy to work in Pennsylvania.

That year, unions, trial lawyers, and Democrats spent more than $11 million to win three open seats and gain a 5-2 majority on Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court. Republicans raised a paltry $3.6 million, effectively handing victory to Democrats.

This victory became the fulcrum of the Left’s efforts to gerrymander congressional and state legislative districts in the Keystone State.

Before long, the NDRC-friendly League of Women Voters challenged the state’s congressional map as unconstitutional. The map had been approved by the legislature in 2011 with bipartisan support and was signed by then-Gov. Tom Corbett. It was in place for three election cycles with nary a lawsuit in sight. But with control of the court in their hands, Democrats seized their chance.

WND is now on Trump's Truth Social! Follow us @WNDNews

The court tossed out the map and imposed one of its own, drawn by a Stanford law professor without any legislative input or oversight. The new map, not surprisingly, was a win for Democrats.

But the story doesn’t end there.

As congressional and state redistricting got underway in 2021, Democratic lawyers and judges were ready.

After Gov. Tom Wolf vetoed the congressional map submitted to him by the GOP-controlled state House and Senate, the Democratic-controlled state Supreme Court happily stepped in and picked a map favored by Democrats.

On the legislative front, state maps are drawn by the Legislative Reapportionment Commission, made up of two Republicans, two Democrats, and a fifth member selected by the other four. If the four can’t agree, as was the case here, the state Supreme Court picks the fifth member.

Not surprisingly, the Democratic Supreme Court picked a Democrat as the fifth member.

Then, when the commission voted in favor of a Democratic-gerrymandered House map and Republicans sued, the state Supreme Court sided with the Democrats.

It’s little wonder that under the gerrymandered map, Democrats last year won a House majority for the first time in 12 years, albeit by a slim, one-vote margin. They had been plotting for this moment for years – a long-game approach that Republicans must learn from.

Because Republicans failed to recognize the importance of the 2015 judicial races, the Left was able to put Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court solidly in Democratic hands until at least 2027. If Republicans want to reclaim a majority beholden not to a political party but to the rule of law, they can’t wait until 2027. They must start with the race this year for an open Supreme Court seat.

Similarly, if Republicans want to undo Democratic-gerrymandered maps after the 2030 census, they must begin work now to reclaim

New Forensic Expert’s Report Out of Allegheny County, PA Shows Duplicate Ballot Scans and over 50,000 “Non-Unique Tabulator CVR Numbers”

By Brian Lupo
Feb. 22, 2023 3:30 pm

Back in September of 2022, forensics expert Erich Speckin discovered over 10,000 ballots in Pennsylvania’s Allegheny County that had substantially inferior image quality compared to other ballots provided:

“Many of these images have similar defects in the printing/copying process which would indicate common source of production, but different than the remaining examined ballots. Clearly in the mail in counting area, a random printing defect that may have existed in mailing out of ballots could not consistently come back and be counted on the same scanner. Therefore, a printing defect on the printing side of the ballot creation is not the likely cause of this anomaly.”

The Gateway Pundit reported on these findings and noted that the 10,000 ballots was almost the margin of victory for Marine Corps veteran Conor Lamb in his race against Army veteran Sean Parnell.

Parnell claimed that, on election night in 2020, his staff determined it was mathematically impossible for Lamb to win and Lamb had allegedly called Parnell on election night to congratulate him on his victory.  But as the numbers began to trickle in for the days and weeks after the election, that changed.

Speckin is a forensics expert in document examination with 29 years experience.  Back in 2016, “517 Business and Life” wrote an article about Speckin’s history in forensic document review, including work with police departments, attorneys, and consultation with the TV Show “CSI”.

He has reviewed election cases, including ballots, “in many instances in [his] career…”  Yesterday, Speckin released another report after further investigation into the data found on the tabulator’s CVR forms obtained through Right To Know requests from Allegheny County.

From the report:

In this case, I had access to PDF scans of the front and back of each ballot as well as the corresponding PDF of the detail for the counting and tabulation of each ballot. Every ballot has a unique individual identifying number associated with the counting and is part of the PDF file name.
As a result of only having images, the forensic examination that can be performed is limited. It is always more desirable to have the original evidence when possible.

Finding 1:

In his investigation, Speckin found that there were over 170 instances where a ballot appeared to be a duplicate scan.  This conclusion was derived from comparing all of the marks on ballot images provided by the county and comparing them with ballot images that have the “same markings.”  The review of duplicate scanned ballots is ongoing and could potentially increase.  AuditTheVotePA is reporting their analysis thus far is at 252 examples.

Finding 2:

The Cast Vote Record (CVR) was the next focus in his review.  In this part of the investigation, Speckin found that “in this county, over 50,000 instances of non-unique tabulator CVR numbers were found on eight of the tabulators used to scan and count votes.”  Speckin continues that some of the CVR numbers were found twice and some were found three times.  Below is notated the duplicate counts with their coordinating CVR number as well as the triple counted examples:

Attorney Stefanie Lambert joined the Conservative Daily podcast to talk about the findings in Speckin’s report.  Below is a clip of that podcast.  You can find the full length version here.

Speckin made recommendations to further examine the ballots based on his findings:

Based on the forensic findings, it is my opinion that further work and review of the original ballots should be conducted to determine what significance these findings have on the whole of the approximately 700,000 ballots cast.

1. Review the original ballots that were scanned and created the submitted images to determine the scope and correlation of these printing anomalies or if an alternative theory could exist that cannot be determined at this time.

2. Determine the details of the scanner with the anomalies noted in the user, time frames scanned, and cause of the poor image.

Not only her, but several other Arizona government related officials as well.

And mind you, this is not just Arizona, but multi-state, with other states doing their own investigations about cross-border money/drug laundering too.

Alaskans for Honest Elections Now Collecting Signatures to Rid State of Ranked-Choice Voting

By Jim Hoft
Feb. 1, 2023 11:30 am

Democrat Rep. Mary Peltola “won” reelection in Alaska to a full term in the House in November after she defeated Sarah Palin in a special election to replace Rep. Don Young back in August.

Peltola was the FIRST DEMOCRAT to win the House seat in solid red Alaska in 50 Years! And she was only able to win the seat in the deep red state because of the conspiracy known as ranked-choice voting.

Ranked-choice voting and mail-in ballots were implemented in Alaska by referendum in 2020.

Peltola, a far left Democrat, was announced the winner in the state in late November. Alaska is a 60-40 Republican state. Again, only a gimic like ranked-choice voting could accomplish this in deep red Alaska. So today the only congressional representative from Alaska is a far left Democrat. Watch what Democrats do to this state in the coming years! You ain’t seen nothing yet.

Mitch McConnell endorsed Lisa Murkowski supported the rankend choice voting in the state. In fact, Murkowski endorsed far left Peltola over Sarah Palin.

This is how Democrats steal seats. And Republicans let them.

Alaskans for Honest Elections is now collecting signatures that will rid of the state’s ranked-choice voting and non-partisan primaries in the state.

Alaska Lt. Gov. Nancy Dahlstrom has certified the application for a petition in January.

Please contact Alaskans for Honest Elections if you can help in this effort.

Via Alaskans for Honest Elections

Rank choice was sold to Alaska by outsiders as a means to control dark money. Outsiders put more of their money than ever before in our elections. It did not work! Most of their funding came from out of Alaska. Rank Choice voting has proven to discourage voter turnout. This past election had the lowest turn out since 2010. It is so complicated that 1000’s did not vote. Some voters, votes are counted 2 or 3 times. Not fair! It should be 1 person 1 vote. This is not a partisan issue. Rank Choice voting affected everyone. In at least 1 race the Democrat received less that 15% of the vote. Rank Choice creates division and bitterness.
