Sheriff announces criminal charges being filed against almost every member of the election commission in the battleground state of Wisconsin

The sheriff of Racine County has announced that they are filing criminal charges against five of the six members of the Wisconsin Election Commission (WEC).

In a release issued on their Facebook page, Sheriff Schmaling said that the charges have been referred to the Racine County District Attorney, Patricia Hanson. 

The Sheriff’s Office has called on state attorney general Josh Kaul to launch an investigation into what they called illegal directives issued by the WEC, most specifically, the directive to not use the Special Voting Deputy process as required by state statute 6.875. 

In part, the Facebook post stated: 

“Based upon the failure of Attorney General Josh Kaul to initiate a statewide investigation, I have forwarded charging recommendations to the Racine County District Attorney’s Office for their review. The recommended charges are for Commissioners Margaret Bostelmann, Julie Glancey, Ann Jacobs, Dean Knudson, and Mark Thomsen.”

The recommended charges are the same for each commissioner, and include:

• Misconduct in Public Office in violation of Wis. Stat. § 946.12(2) (Felony)
• Election Fraud – Election Official Assisting with Violations in violation of Wis. Stat. § 12.13(2)(b)7 (Felony)
• Party to the Crime of Election Fraud – Receive Ballot Non-Election Official in violation of Wis. Stat. § 12.13(3)(n) (Misdemeanor)
• Party to the Crime of Election Fraud – Illegal Ballot Receipt in violation of Wis. Stat. § 12.13(3)(p) (Misdemeanor)
• Party to the Crime of Election Fraud – Solicit Assistance in violation of Wis. Stat. § 12.13(3)(s) (Misdemeanor)
The reasons for the recommended charges were clearly explained during the October 28, 2021, news conference and in the supporting documentation.”

More Georgia 2020 Corrupt Election Acts Revealed – 770,000 Ballots Ordered Shortly Before the 2020 Election Are Missing – Where Did They Go?

We’ve reported on numerous corrupt and criminal acts involved in the 2020 Election in Georgia.  Today we found some more.
 
Kevin Moncla at UncoverDC.com has not given up on investigating the 2020 Election fraud in Georgia.  The FBI and DOJ won’t investigate the many crimes that occurred in that state so citizen journalists like Moncla are filling in where the [in] Justice Department won’t go.
 
Today Moncla uncovered more highly suspicious and likely criminal actions that went on in Georgia in the 2020 Election.  Moncla discovered an invoice for over a million ballots to be delivered to Georgia right before the 2020 Election.  These ballots were printed in Arizona by Runbeck and some observations related to these ballots were reported previously.

Jovan Pulitzer Asks: Why in Virtually Every Single Batch of Ballots Cast in Arizona in 2020 Election Was it Human or AI Modified?

The 2020 Election results in Arizona were certified a year ago.  But every day more revelations come out about the mess that was certified by Arizona’s corrupt Democrat Secretary of State and the corrupt Republican governor.
 
Election expert Jovan Pulitzer is still looking over the 2020 data and he’s uncovered a monster of an issue in Maricopa County.
 
We know there are hundreds of thousands of ballot issues included in the 2020 Election results in Arizona’s Maricopa County.
 
Pulitzer identified that nearly every single batch of ballots cast (well over 10,000 batches) that in every single batch the batch was modified by a human or a machine.  This makes no sense.

BREAKING: THE LIST – Nearly 700,000 Maricopa County Ballots Identified with Issues from the Audit and Separate Canvassing Work to Date

We determined that nearly 700,000 ballots in Maricopa County have issues as identified during the recent audit and canvassing of the county.  These issues are not likely mutually exclusive but give a very good indication that the 2020 Election in Arizona was full of hundreds of thousands of invalid ballots.

The only way the media will accept this is if a case goes to trial and wins.  Then they will blame the judge but they won’t ignore it.

They will never accept it... just like they didn't accept the outcome of the Rittenhouse trial...

But this is interesting... more ballots received than sent... forensics will help resolve other issues too!

The Republicans in the Pennsylvania Senate have identified the company it will hire to perform a forensic audit of the 2020 Election results in Pennsylvania. 
 
The 2020 Election results in Pennsylvania were severely corrupt.  The amount of fraudulent activity before, during and after the 2020 Election was shocking.  For example, we know that 200,000 more ballots were received than were sent out during the election.
 
We know that this was all part of the hundreds of thousands of ballots created to put Biden in the lead in Pennsylvania after the 2020 Election.

If they are just counting votes again the results will be the same. I’m staying removed from all of this. Not speculating on anything.

Forensics is not just counting votes.

It's looking at the physical ballot for various possible anomalies. 

But as they've just decided which company will perform the forensic audit, we'll have to wait for the results.
