All subjects, math, science, history and English... should require a minimum of a C- or perhaps even a D to pass. Hold the teachers accountable for their failure of teaching the children properly too! The children have already been punished by the teachers... now it's time to punish the teachers for not doing their job properly.

It was a small story but what gave them the idea they could do that? They were in elementary school so they weren’t over age 11. I want to know if it happened anywhere else. The NAACP said it was wrong but that the fighters should not be punished,

Regardless of whether age 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18... 20... 25... 30... 35... 40, regardless of any other factor, most of the liberal news media didn't report on it. And note: The NAACP is biased to hell!!!

“Consider the way by which a new study is introduced into the curriculum. Someone feels that the school system of his (or quite frequently nowadays her) town is falling behind the times. There are rumors of great progress in education being made elsewhere. Something new and important has been introduced; education is being revolutionized by it; the superintendent and board become uneasy; the matter is taken up by individuals and clubs; pressure is brought to bear on the school’s system; letters are written to the newspapers… editorials appear; finally the school board ordains that on and after a certain date the particular new branch… shall be taught in the public schools. The victory is won, and everybody… unless it be some already over-burdened and distracted teacher… congratulates everybody else, that such advanced steps are taken.”
The above quotation sounds as if it came from the year 1968. However it belongs to John Dewey in the year 1901. He perceived the need for a systematic way of bringing an innovation into a school district.
“This booklet is designed to acquaint the reader with processes of change. A vocabulary common to change literature is used. It is recommended that the user study the glossary in advance of the reading or as needed for clarification.
The planned change strategy advocated herein should be easily adapted by teachers, supervisors, administrators, business executives, organization offices or church leaders.”

Leftist ‘educators’ eliminating honors courses to dumb down students in the name of ‘equity’

(Natural News) While our nation’s elite are able to send their children to expensive schools where they get the best education money can buy, they have allowed schools for the masses to become infiltrated with left-wing ideologues who have been working to propagandize kids for decades.
And now, the full-fledged dumbing down of our future generations is in full swing as more and more, leftists are eliminating “honors” courses for the smartest students we need to rely on for future advancements, all under the phony guise of “equity” — which, in this case, is being used to ensure all kids are equally subpar. And it should be no surprise that many of these abhorrent changes are being made in the Soviet socialist-style state of California, which is run by a Democratic supermajority.
The Wall Street Journal reported that Culver City High School in California has discontinued its honors classes as they were not attracting enough black and Latino students. Other school districts, including Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District and Patrick Henry High School in California, have also implemented similar changes in their honors programs in an effort to promote greater equity.
The outlet noted:
A group of parents stepped to the lectern Tuesday night at a school board meeting in this middle-class, Los Angeles-area city to push back against a racial-equity initiative. The high school, they argued, should reinstate honors English classes that were eliminated because they didn’t enroll enough Black and Latino students. The district earlier this school year replaced the honors classes at Culver City High School with uniform courses that officials say will ensure students of all races receive an equal, rigorous education. These parents disagreed.

“We really feel equity means offering opportunities to students of diverse backgrounds, not taking away opportunities for advanced education and study,” left-wing lunatic Joanna Schaenman, a Culver City parent who helped lead the change, claimed ahead of the meeting.
Culver City is not alone in facing resistance from parents who oppose the removal of honors designations on certain high school courses. Similar pushback has been seen in Wisconsin, Rhode Island, and other parts of California over the past year as schools have taken steps to eliminate or modify their honors programs, the WSJ reported.
School districts that are phasing out honors classes contend that students who do not have access to such classes from an early age can start to view themselves as being in a lower tier, which can lead them to believe that they are not capable of enrolling in more advanced classes, such as Advanced Placement (AP) courses, that can be beneficial for college admission, the outlet’s report noted further. The Education Trust, a nonprofit organization that researches educational equity, has found that black and Latino students are often underrepresented in AP enrollment across many states.
Of course, none of that takes into account that only certain students will ever legitimately qualify as ‘exceptional’ and even be able to take higher-level courses, regardless of their ethnicity. It’s like playing a pro sport; if everyone were allowed to play, then there would be no reason to watch because the sport would be substandard and not at all entertaining. Kids who score average in school don’t tend to go on to MIT and invent really amazing things, but they may become great carpenters, for example — and our country needs both.
“Parents say academic excellence should not be experimented with for the sake of social justice,” Quoc Tran, the superintendent of 6,900-student Culver City Unified School District, told the WSJ. But, he said, “it was very jarring when teachers looked at their AP enrollment and realized Black and brown kids were not there. They felt obligated to do something.”
In this case, ‘doing something’ is robbing bright kids of a better future. That’s not ‘equity’; that is cruelty.

(Natural News) South Africa, which once boasted a world-class economy and research class capable of building a handful of nuclear bombs under the radar, is now imploding, thanks to the overt racism that is premised within “critical race theory.”
As reported by Revolver News, following the imprisonment of Jacob Zuma, supporters of the former president took to the streets under the guise of protesting, but in reality, their actions were motivated by looting and destruction. The official death toll has already exceeded several dozen, and given the high levels of violence in South Africa, with an average of 57 murders per day, the true number of fatalities may never be accurately determined.
Rioters have been looting shops and even entire shopping malls, leaving behind a trail of destruction. They have also resorted to stealing livestock when other goods are no longer available. In some cases, when the loot is too heavy to carry by hand, they have reportedly used forklifts to transport the stolen items, the outlet reported.
The report noted further:
The meltdown in South Africa isn’t a natural disaster or a random fluke. It’s a choice. South Africa was the first modern nation to be refounded on the anti-white principles of critical race theory, and now it is reaping the whirlwind of that choice.
South Africa did everything that is being done in America right now. As a hyperdiverse multiethnic, multilingual society, South Africa has followed almost every prescription embraced by the globalist ruling class.
The current wave of violence in South Africa is not just about riots, as its implications will continue long after the chaos has subsided. There is a looming sense of despair and pessimism because there is no indication that the end of this wave of violence will bring about an opportunity for recovery and rebuilding, Revolver News noted further.

Instead, there is a growing feeling that it’s only a matter of time until the next wave of violence hits. This cycle of burning, looting, and killing threatens to create a continuous pattern of destruction and instability, leaving the citizens of South Africa with little to look forward to beyond the next bout of unrest.
The report noted further that South Africa is currently facing a sense of impending doom as the country grapples with a range of long-standing issues that have been ignored for years. The optimism that peaked during the 2010 World Cup has dissipated, and the country is now plagued by routine and severe water crises, despite being warned about failing water infrastructure for years. Rolling blackouts, which began in 2007, continue to be a persistent issue that the government admits will likely persist for at least the next five years, but some experts believe that the situation could extend even further into the future.
South Africa’s status as the “economic superpower” of Sub-Saharan Africa is being threatened by a significant and increasing brain drain. Many people who have the option to leave are choosing to do so. The country’s murder rate is shockingly high, with over four percent of all deaths being attributed to homicides, and the rate of violent crime continues to rise. This trend is not only a reflection of the present but also the expectation of what is to come, as many South Africans are concerned about the future of their country and the escalating cycle of violence and unrest, Revolver News noted further.
South Africa’s dominant political party, the African National Congress, has faced accusations of corruption and inefficacy. However, their most dangerous rival is one of the most radical political parties in the world, the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF). The EFF’s platform includes the seizure of white-owned land without compensation, nationalization of the banking and mining sectors, and a doubling of welfare payments, the report noted.
What is particularly concerning is that the EFF’s platform is not an outlier in South African politics but rather the natural endpoint of the country’s post-apartheid ideology. For decades, the South African economy has been shaped by a policy called Broad Based Black Economic Employment (BBBEE). Despite its name, BBBEE achieves “equity” through the same tactics being demanded by activists in the United States, said the report.
