PST import mapping file creation
Get the PST import mapping file (direct) by downloading it.

Edit the values in the file using your preferred CSV editor. Microsoft Excel is used in our example.

You may modify the values in the CSV file by opening it in Notepad.

Keep an eye on the values and the things you need to set:

The service to which the data will be imported is specified by the workload. Use Exchange to import PST files into user mailboxes.
FilePath: Indicates the path of the folder in Azure Storage where the PST files were uploaded.
The name of the PST file that will be imported into the user mailbox is specified here. This parameter's value is case-sensitive.
Enter the email address of the mailbox where the PST file will be imported under Mailbox.
To import the PST file to the user's archive mailbox, specify if it is "isArchive." either TRUE or FALSE as the value. Make sure the user's archive mailbox is active if you choose TRUE.
The mailbox folder into which the PST file is imported is specified by TargetRootFolder. The PST file will be imported to a new folder called "PST Import" if you leave this option empty. Imported at the mailbox's root level (the same level as the Inbox folder and the other default mailbox folders). The PST file's folders and contents are imported to the top of the folder hierarchy in the destination mailbox or archive if you select /. Items and folders from the PST file are imported into a folder with the name folder name if you supply the option /folder name.
You may leave the other CSV file fields empty since they are optional.
