Hi Sarajane

Sorry I didn't see your post sooner. I have had your book for a few months now and really like it. Not for quilt blocks, but my mosaics. The way you and Judith set up the book is great and easy to understand. Should have given your book a good review sooner on Amazon. Better late than never. Thanks again, Jay

Great Sarajane,

I also bought a set of your discs which are great in themselves because I can control the thickness of the pieces I want to imbed into something.

Thanks again, Jay

Hi Sarajane,

I have a set(16) of clay extruder discs made for the Makins Ultimate Extruder that I got the from website.  They are just discs that are in quilt patterns, but can be used for whatever.

Sorry, I thought you were involved with this site.

Thanks, Jay

Hi Jay,

Those discs are from Jenny Patterson... aren't they the BEST discs ever? I love that they are so thick and sturdy, and that you can make lots of different patterns with them. Plus, many of the shapes are bigger so you can get bigger patterns than with the regular discs.

Hi Jackie,

I do like the larger size pattern pieces. I use them for mosaics. Some of them are large enough to cut in half and get a different shape.

Thanks ,Jay

Oh you do mosaics, Jay? You have more patience than me! Good call on the cutting shapes in half for different looks - smart.

Someone did mosaic Inchies in the swap - was that you? I was very impressed with the two that I received.
