lost my job,, and trying to make alot of my gifts,, made all my cards,,, and now on to my gifts,, i have a sister who loves tea,,, and loves boating on their huge live on boat,, I have a cookie cutter of a tea pot,, now i want to like make a small sailboat  appliceque on it,, any good simple designs for the boat, and altogether it will be a pin,,thanks to all,,,and have the Merriest of Christmas,,

If you wanted to make it more simple you could just put an oar on it with a seagull perched on top. Just a thought. I hope someone chimes in soon.

Check out some applique quilt blocks, those are usually very simple.

edit:The Flickr URL looks great when I type it in the preview, but goes whacky and multiplies X3 when I try to post it.

If you do a Google search and type in
the words:

Sail boat applique wip

That seems to bring it up
