I just received my copy of this new publication and I love it. It combines my new and current favorite mediums. Lisa Pavelka has an article that is part of an ongoing series dedicated to mixed media. The 1st was of course...polymer clay. Great article Lisa. The pieces shown are just beautiful.

I'm jealous.  My issue has not arrived yet!

I haven't seen the metal clay mag yet.  I might have to make a special trip to town to go look for it though...

I wrote to the publisher asking where I can purchase it in Columbus, OH...they said Barnes & Noble...but I haven't seen it there yet. Has anyone seen it at a Barnes & Noble?

You should be able to see the actual magazine at the website. http://www.metalclayartistmag.com/  but you can't print or save it.   I was very impressed with it so I subscribed to it.

First time I've seen that.  Arg, I see they will take online subcriptions...I think I may have to do that.  Thanks for the link.

This is the first time I have ever seen a magazine REALLY let you see it first online, so you are not buying a "pig in a poke".

If you purchase the subscription then you will be able to save and print. I actually got in on the $9.99 for one year deal. I thought it was for the on-line version only. Turns out it you get both. I just looked at the regular price of $24.99 and realized I got one heck of a deal.

You certainly did!!!

I have the first issue. Drove 45 minutes to an AC Moore to purchase the second issue...none in sight! Checked Barnes & Noble...still nothing!

OH WELL!!! Guess I'll subscribe for a year.

I only dabble in metal clay. I looooooooooooooooooove the copper and bronze. Not nearly as intimidating as the silver...and the colors work well with my recent work.
