I tried the soufflé clay. I found it too mushy to do much with it. Reminds me of Studio Sculpey with its suede like finish but lighter weight.

I do find it interesting that they are pushing it as a jewelry clay when it is so very soft.  Curious to hear what others think after they try it.

I love the silk screens. They are all sized to correspond to the various sizes of hollow beads. The clay takes any acrylic paint like a champ.

Available at Joann stores and Munro Crafts.

The only thing it doesn't do, according to syndee is photo transfers.

no, it does transfers beatifully (ink is dry on the clay almost as soon as you remove the paper!).  You can't mount photos (or paper) to it without a gluing agent (like Bake n Bond or white glue).

The nested round cutters are sized to fit the small round silk screens also!  someone was thinking in Marketing and I bet it wasn't a man! LOL

I didn't use Studio, but I like the Souffle and pretty much all I do is jewelry.  I especially love how it works with surface treatments (inks, stains, paints..all the other good stuff)!

I stand corrected. I misunderstood. I was too busy playing with my sample!
