We got home from clay connection on sunday evening after a wonderful weekend. On Monday afternoon while I was putting away some of the tools and supplies,my Son in law Jay decided to take a nap while my daughter Hayley took a relaxing bath, about an hour or so later Hayley went to her room and thought Jay was still sleeping, but in fact he had passed away in his sleep. We found out later from the medical examiner that his heart was in terrible condition. His father had heart problems as did his two brothers but they caught it in time. the irony of this is last time he was at the doctor, a couple weeks ago the dr, gave him a script for a heart work up. Just didn't get there on time. My daughter is devastated, he was only 40. Sorry I can't type any more it still hurts so bad. we are taking him home to his family to be buried. we could use some prayers and good wishes. thanks

So sad -- I guess there is minimal comfort in knowing his passing had to be pretty quick and painless this way, but that doesn't make it any less devastating to you who survive. Take care of yourselves.

I am so in tune with you Leigh. I just lost my husband to pancreatic cancer 3 weeks ago so I do understand what you are going through.

My prayers go to you and your family!

Oh my God, what a horror for your daughter, and indeed the entire family.  My prayers go out to you and yours.
