Dear Rich the week before I got the call to say they were sending an 02 machine to my house I was ready to give up

Now I sleep most of the night with no terrible attacks,ambulances or any drama.How amazing  and yes perhaps it would have been picked up under your system but mine was absolutely a fluke.We had a meeting with hospice at my house and all my supporters asked "Why no 02"the specialist nurse said she would check out in home testing and wow the result showed lows of 80 and 70 during sleep.

I reckon I will be around for a bit longer now and hopefully will find other benefits later.Just being here is a good one too.

Hope Mum is better now and suck it up and use whatever you can get even if its  PITA

Wow, Rich, been reading your journal and wonder when would you have time to smoke ?  Thank god you got that monkey off your back.  I am back again.......I think I am running out of quits. Need to do this once and for all.  Wanted to let you know I am back and today I won't smoke.  You have really got your hands full but you just do what you need to do.  Very proud of you for keeping the quit and keepin' on. I will see you around the forum and plan on settling in this time.

Dear Rich Just popping in t see if you are still behaving and those bugs are not still with you.Hoping your family is improving(if they can) and you still shhot the breeze when you and see all those roadside poles at one long line.

I have had an exacerbation and am not improving much but thms the breaks I guess.Sometimes its so wearying we may be forgiven for blobbinga bit.Today I am thankful for the sun at last as its been miserable.

Wow, glad you said you posted an IM, this board doesn't issue im alerts to me what so ever.  Everything is soso here.  I've spent the last month in WV taking care of my parents.  Both should be in a home, or soon anyway. I wish they had bought into a retirement village but such is life. Anyway, I was there for a few weeks changing IV's twice a day and following mom around to make sure she didn't fall.  She needs a first alert ;(

All those nice warm fall days are gone, sigh.

I saw your IM after I looked for others ;p  Sheesh I wish I could make it all go away and be better but at least we are free of the nic demon.  I think thats' a pretty awesome positive going forward you know.  At least on your side of the hemisphere its getting warmer, this may help your breathing.  

Sometimes all we need is a change of seasons.  I've been away as I noted above.  I spent today rebuilding my starter but its too cold to ride now, or very few days without moisture on the way ;p  Today I just put a bandaid on it, but this winter I may pull it all together and do a proper fix, or buy a new starter.  Prob with modern bikes, they lack the ol' kickstarter which I never needed much in the past.  Jap bikes of course are better built than the HD I currently have.  Pity.  Both still give the same fun and wind factor ;D

Still waiting for pappy's blood tests on the IV's I was giving him.  He developed a rash and they abruptly stopped them just 3 days before the end of the course and he has 3 infections in his foot.  Sucks getting old ;(   I hope the weather brings you better days sweetie.  Always thinking of my favorite gal ;D
