I’m not a huge fan of musicals either. Some are pretty good, like “Mama Mia”.

Murder Mystery dinner or escape room

Escape room, as I've only done that. An ex-g/f loved those type of things but especially haunted houses. I didn't understand that because to me, we knew they were fake, so how can we get scared. Startled a bit, but scared when you know the people around are actors?

Beach clam bake or dinner cruise. 

We stayed in a large VRBO house on Cape Cod for our sons wedding and my sister’s family and a friends mother swore it was haunted.  I will agree the basement was creepy.  Basements are always creepy to me.

plastic for the egg hunt because then they are filled with chocolates

Cadbury egg, though I only like plain (nuts or coffee beans are ok) chocolate, preferably dark.

White Rabbit. Love the song by Jefferson Airplane too. Grace’s voice on that one…wowza. Didn’t know Cadbury egg had flavors!

Read it myself.  I remember being annoyed with reading out loud in grade school.
