        8 YEARS!

We did it my friend.  Who'd have thought we'd make it this far in the beginning.  We used to add a star for each month, now they're for years.

I still remember the first time I came on here and someone was celebrating 10 full years smoke free.   At the time it seemed impossible but now it's on the horizon not too far down the road.

According to my Silk Quit, I have not smoked almost 60,000 cigs and have saved $18000.

It did seem totally unattainable in the beginning, but here we are.  Off to the 10-year milestone. 

Man, 60,000 cigs.  That's 3,000 packs.  Your lungs thank you. :)
