Hey Tom,

i decided to stop by today to say hello and wish everyone a happy holiday season.   I’m happy to see that you still check in and are obviously not even thinking about the smokes.  I too can smell them from far away and they stink.   I was telling Denim that ever since the season changed , I’m thinking of them much more often.  It is frustrating but so is the weight gain.  It will be 20 months quit for me tomorrow.  I am so happy I finally put them down.  I have a doctors appointment on a Monday and hoping that my weight gain and strange thoughts are somehow related to my thyroid.  All the best to you.  Stay safe though the storms.  I will be back in touch.

All the best

Marilyn

Hey lady!   I realized after I received  your email that 20 months have passed by since I put that last cigarette down!   I am sooo happy I finally did it.  It took me so many years to figure it out.   Wishing you a peaceful and stress free holiday.  I’m looking forward to seeing my grandkids. I’m also going to find out how my youngest son is doing.

Hugs. .

Thanks.  I hope you all have good holidays also.  No I do not even think of smoking anymore.  Now I really notice what smokers smell like.  I don't really like being near them.  I really don't want to be near anyone that is actually smoking.  I HATE it when someone lights up while still in my presence.  I'm like, hey why do you think I want to breath that ####?  And take off.  Anyway I'm doing  well.  Still doing Medicare Advantage Plan phone calls for Oregon Arizona and Washington, and sometimes California.  Lots of phone calls right now with Fall open enrollment going on.
