I forgot that I started a journal when my life flipped upside down at the end of 2018. I relapsed 2 times after posting this. My final quit began at midnight on 1/1/19. I have not had a single puff of tobacco smoke since then.

I feel so much different. I have absolutely no desire to smoke now. The man who took us in became my husband in June. He quit also and that gave me strength to keep going.

This year has gone by so fast. Yes there were difficult times and they were mainly work related. I used e-cig, patch, and gum to quit. The bad part is, I  still struggling between those things. I don't want to smoke, but I feel like I need my nicotine.

I have a plan. I just need to stick with the plan.

This is a typical day at work, which makes it hard to stop nicotine.
