Hi Hester,
Have to say this weekend has been a struggle.
And spent a lot of time in bed trying to ignore the feelings. Going to try to stay busy this afternoon. Think things will improve if I get past the weekend.
How are you, you’re doing brilliantly

Hey there Becka,
Welcome home. Good to see you back and working on getting off that stop start roller coaster ride.
Never give up!!

Hi there Hester,
It is entirely possible to relax into your quit and be effortlessly vigilant. It is not a 24/7 fight to do so. It's all about keeping your memory green (why you wanted/needed to quit in the first place) and not falling into complacency.
You'd be surprised at how often we tell ourselves things that hurt our chances at being able to quit smoking.
