Hey there Becka,

Welcome home.  Good to see you back and working on getting off that stop start roller coaster ride.

Hi there Hester,

It is entirely possible to relax into your quit and be effortlessly vigilant.  It is not a 24/7 fight to do so.   It's all about keeping your memory green (why you wanted/needed to quit in the first place) and not falling into complacency.

Congratulations NOPEvembers!! You quit last month and are all onto a road to a healthier lifestyle. Hang in there, help each other forward through all the obstacles that lie ahead. You guys can do this just like so many others have. Believe in your strengths to outwit that nicotine monster. Keep in NOPING along with all of us. Onto month 2.

Aw thanks Dee. When you said “home” it gave me a few tears. I’m glad to be back home.
