Sorry, I've had computer issues, phone issues........you name it! I'm still not having a great time of it yet. So waiting for the day when I don't think about smoking. I had a rough Christmas day, but I did not give in and smoke. I've had many challenges so far but have stayed strong. I will celebrate my first smoke-free birthday this month. Maybe my family will actually remember this year.

The biggest event so far is getting a puppy on Feb.1. She keeps me very distracted and gives me so much love. 

Hope all my fellow July quitters are still smober. Maybe I can stay in touch again.

I'm still smoke free! Nice to hear from you!! Nothing like a sweet puppy to love on and they bring so much joy to our lives. Glad to see you are keeping strong in your quit.

So happy for you. My husband caved and let me get the pup. I was having a lot of depression and the dog has provided the distraction I needed. I still miss smoking, but I don't have the time to dwell on it now.
