Thank you for your continuous support for everyone. Yes I'll be celebrating. Can go back to the YMCA this morning after I sprained my ankle last week.

Hey Ginger,

Thank you for your kind message. I’m glad you celebrated and are able to return to the YMCA. I’m sorry to hear about your sprained ankle though. I’m glad it healed up okay and hope you had fun at the Y. It’s great to hear from you. Have a wonderful day.

Thank you Denim. My new year resolution is to get my rear end back to the YMCA. They had limited hours and classes during the holidays so I slacked off.

Monday is get back to my routine

Thank you Susan. It's amazing. This last month I started feeling like my old self. My energy came back. I'm smiling more. I want to do things. I give a lot to going to the YMCA 4 or 5 days a week. Nice to be retired. I eat my big meal in the afternoon and light at night. Thank goodness for my cross stitching. That keeps your mind off smoking. Now I have a lot of stitching to be framed. Thinking about doing that myself. Thanks again have a great day.
