Thank you Susan. It's amazing. This last month I started feeling like my old self. My energy came back. I'm smiling more. I want to do things. I give a lot to going to the YMCA 4 or 5 days a week. Nice to be retired. I eat my big meal in the afternoon and light at night. Thank goodness for my cross stitching. That keeps your mind off smoking. Now I have a lot of stitching to be framed. Thinking about doing that myself. Thanks again have a great day.

Hey Ginger,
A couple of days late but huge congratulations to you on reaching six months smoke free! I’m glad you’re feeling good with your quit. You’re doing amazing. It’s great that you’re keeping busy and enjoying the YMCA too. I’m sorry to be late with this post but I have been off the forum recently. Nonetheless, I hope you had a great weekend celebrating your wonderful achievement. You certainly deserve it. Best wishes as you keep moving forward. Hope you have a wonderful week. Hugs.

Thank you Denim. Glad I quit. There's a freeze warning today and tomorrow morning in Arizona and I'm not outside having a butt. Snugged up in my chair with my coffee and watching the news before I go to YMCA later. Thank you for all your encouragement.

Hey Ginger,
It’s great to hear from you. It really is so nice not to have to have to stand outside in those freezing temperatures anymore. I’m staying close to the house today, with the exception of picking up a couple of things from the store. I hope you have a fun time at the Y, stay warm and have a great day.

Thank you Susan. It's scary. From not thinking of this death stick at all and this past week or so I've been having the "just one" thoughts. I know it's because I can't get out and do the things I enjoy doing. I'm not going to cave it's just so depressing.
