Thank you very much. It's been a trip. As for cravings. I can't really call them that. It's mostly thoughts that don't last. I believe I'm having these because I'm stuck in the house. Been retired about a year. Can't go to gym I live in Arizona. It's too hot to go out. It's boredom so I'm cross stitching my little fingers off. Just hang in there. If your having cravings just remember it's all in your head now so deep breath. They'll go away. Keep up the good work.

I think a better definition of what experience are just thoughts - I mean cravings are hard to resist whereas thoughts are just passing and that is mostly what I have, passing thoughts.
It is quit hot here in Ontario Canada this week as well - up to 40 celcius - but I think Arizona must be quite a bit hotter.
Wishing you the best. Cheers!

Hey Alex,

Denim,
Thank you SO MUCH! I saw this yesterday and it reminded me and I was so happy! Was too busy "nesting" to respond, but please know you made my day. I can hardly believe I have two years. *tears of joy* It seemed so impossible until it was done. I'm pregnant with my third child now and haven't smoked ONE CIG the whole time - so utterly grateful to you and all the people who have helped support me thru this transition in my life. There's nothing greater we can give ourselves, but the gift of LIFE! Keep going to everyone! Wherever you are - its worth it!! xoxo

Hey Alex,
Congratulations on three years smoke free! I hope you and your family are doing well and enjoying a wonderful summer. I'm sorry to be a few days late posting this. There's been a lot going on my way but I'm still so happy for you and continue to wish you all the best. I hope you'll stop back by sometime when or as you get a chance.
Hugs.
Have a great day.
