That is so great! Congratulations and well done!!! I am only 6 months but I am so happy to be on this quit journey. I have no NRT's or slips or lapses or even sorrow or depression. I don't miss smoking at all. I do hear though that the 8 to 11 months can be quit challenging. Have you found this to be true? Sometimes I thing that my quit journey is far too simple and maybe there is a cliff waiting for me. Would love to hear your input on your journey at this time.
Congrats and keep on keepin on, as they say.
Cheers

Hi Linda,
BRAVO on 10 months and 4 days of smoke freedom! I hope you are feeling healthier, wealthier and happier with the new you!

Happy Quit Smoking milestone celebration day! I hope the only smoke you smell is from the fireworks, assuming you do that kind of celebrating. I hope the only reminder that you smoked is when you get this message from me saying you are doing AWESOME!

Hi Susan thank you for your lovely message xx
I am feeling great, it’s the best decision ever!
How are you Susan?

That is wonderful to hear, Linda. I’m doing fantastic physically and easily knocking off any of those thoughts of wanting to smoke. I am choosing to celebrate my successes rather than mire in the negative! I have never been quit this for this long and it is a fantastic feeling! You take care and stay healthy.

Congratulations to us all, we are heading to that 11 month milestone. I don't get on here as often as I used to, but just know that I think of everyone often. I very rarely think about smoking anymore, but sometimes it will hit me out of the blue. Very easy to tell myself that just one will start the slavery all over again and that I cherish my freedom to much to do that again. It feels awesome and liberating. Hope all of you are doing well and that life is being kind to you. I can see the clubhouse on the horizon, not very far at all. Can't wait to get there and see you all. We are doing this !! One more month or so and we will all have done something that we never thought we could do. I think that is truly amazing and we are all amazing !!!!
