Congratulations - you are now officially in the One Year Clubhouse!
You earned your freedom by taking this One Day At A Time. No more cigarettes in your life ever again as they don't have power over you anymore. Be very proud of your monumental accomplishment. I still remember how happy I was to win this battle and successful quitters are definitely no sissies! Welcome to year 2. Nice NOPING!

Hi Brenda
I had my hair cut & coloured and I also treated myself to some expensive face skincare products.
Did you do anything special for your anniversary?
I am very well and happy thank you. The summer holidays are over now and I’m back to work and the children are all returning tomorrow. It is still very strange times, but I am so grateful to have reached this milestone. I am no longer a smoker and I love life!!!
We are all definitely awesome!!!
