Hi - I’m new to the forum, and quit on the 17th October. So far 3 weeks and almost 4 days in....

I’ve had a couple of tough moments, but have managed to hang in there blush

Medical update

Got my chest CT's back...

Lungs clear, no signs of cancer

On the other hand, got my sleep study results...

Severe sleep apnea, get ti start using a cpap machine.

But if I can sleep 8 hours and actually wake up refreshed that would be awesome. Keep you posted.

Mark
