I’ve done yoga before and it can be very calming! That was a perfect focus point! Yoga is great cause it really puts your body in touch with your mind.... I should look into classes.

At the end of class you bow and say something like my divine something another, lol done forgot. But the instructor used a foreign language to say it.

Hi Paula. I got on the website tonight and couldn't figure out why there was no "reply" button...then I saw the closure of January Bravehearts. Was that your first ever yoga class today? I love yoga; it's so great for your posture. It makes me sleepy sometimes, too. With that said, I haven't been in many months...was too busy playing tennis. I have to stay quit if I want to keep playing, walking, riding my bike. I now have allergies that I never had before, and breathing was hard. So NOPE.
Bought my patches. (Btw, I used half of a nic mint this morning--that thing really worked!) I did use the Walgreen's app, but it wanted me to attach my credit card to the online account. Not doing that. I've been through so many credit cards because of hackers and fraudulent charges. It was worth a try, though!
Oh, I wish we could all hang at that pool. I hope there's a hot tub next to it.

Hope everyone finds the new thread!! I found out my most toughest times of today were in the morning, after work and now that I’m home. So pretty much all day lol jk
I learned a lot from today and you are right in that each day will make you stronger!!

If I woke up in the middle of the night, the first thing I thought about was a cig. So of course, I went for it.

Glad you got some patches. My walgreen app just put the coupon on my reward card and I went to Walgreens. Yeah I never put card or bank info out there. Yes first yoga class loved it. Do you remember how that little saying goes at the end of class about my divine something. I already forgot. Lol

Focus on those 3 areas. What can you do to distract or change the routine up a little. Like for now maybe do something before you get home. I lay in bed after I wake up and do breathing exercises and think of relaxing things for about 30 minutes before I get out of bed. If my bladder behaves.

Haha ya I usually have to go instantly after I wake up. I am trying to switch up my routine like in the morning I’m going to shower right away and no coffee. I will have tea throughout the day at work. Now after work I sort of need to get home right away cause of the animals but I’m sure with time that will get easier. I found myself just getting up going to smoke just a bit ago... that was scary! It’s like my body is programmed.... had a mind of its own. Too bad there isn’t any tobacco here!! Haha
