Focus on those 3 areas. What can you do to distract or change the routine up a little. Like for now maybe do something before you get home. I lay in bed after I wake up and do breathing exercises and think of relaxing things for about 30 minutes before I get out of bed. If my bladder behaves.

Haha ya I usually have to go instantly after I wake up. I am trying to switch up my routine like in the morning I’m going to shower right away and no coffee. I will have tea throughout the day at work. Now after work I sort of need to get home right away cause of the animals but I’m sure with time that will get easier. I found myself just getting up going to smoke just a bit ago... that was scary! It’s like my body is programmed.... had a mind of its own. Too bad there isn’t any tobacco here!! Haha

I dont work but there are times like after shopping when I walk in the door the thought crosses my mind. I just give Angel more hugs and treats now. I lay and watch tv at bedtime. I never did smoke in bed so that has not been to big a problem. I was always to comfortable to get up to smoke.

I'll try the app again, and see if it'll work for me.  I do have a rewards account, but I don't have a card.  I just type in my phone number and it pulls up.  Do you have that?

Glad you loved the yoga class.  Every class ends differently, and every instructor's different...so I don't know what the divine "something" was.  You'll find out next time.

Yep. I catch myself at times having that associated thought to smoke. But then Im like wait no I don't smoke. So breaking those associations is a good thing to replace with a distraction. Best thing to do is say nope I don't do that anymore and focus on something else don't dwell on it.
