Whenever you think about smoking you must see it as a lifetime’s chain of filth, disease, fear, misery and slavery.

Hey J
i felt compelled to respond to your post regarding 19 months.
i am at 18 months and I get you.
i rarely think about smoking and am super happy I quit but during this pandemic I too have had to wage a little war with that little ‘ I’d like a cigarette’ voice .
no real danger but definitely a strong desire
the way I look at it, better to have the occasional twinge than a constant one.
my teeth have been a problem for the past 10 years so I feel your pain.:)
take care J
This too shall pass

Congratulations!! Wow you've done it - nice job!! Life as a quitter from here forward will be so much better. You've accomplished something truly Monumental. The entire second year goes by so easily but always be on guard for that just one thinking. You truly will give new quitters the courage and hope for their own success over this nicotine monster. Onto year two for you.
