Thank you :) we are really well and now have a little girl who just loves her big brother. Happy healthy and smoke-free since 5th Jan 2019. 

How are you, crazy in the US and world right now. I have just recovered from Omicron, day by day!

I also look back amazed, was in such a fog, fuzz.

I still also think about smoking, even having a lovely Cuban cigar sitting on my mantlepiece as a reminder. But no going back
