Just a quick stop by to wish all of the January 2019 Bravehearts all the best and to some - a very happy anniversary of being smoke-free!!

For me this month represents 4 years, and 18 days ago quit. 

Thank you again four years in a row to say thank you to my buddies and also to this forum's amazing Admins- you guys are absolutely amazing!

4 years sounds nuts to me but we did it!! I knew when I quit it would be the time it stuck! Congrats and keep on trucking.  Hope everyone is well!!
