been under extreme stress recently and I barely thought about smoking. It was really liberating knowing that I got through the stress and still smelled “sweet! “ haha.

Thanks so much LisaJanine.  Surprisingly, the 3 years has gone by rather quickly, as most years do looking back.  I never thought I would be able to boast a quit for 3 years but, I gotta say, there is nothing finer that freedom from addiction.

How is your quit going?
