Thanx so much!
Been a constant roller coaster! Still no peace, but i do know that I am better off….. not going to lie……sometimes miss it.
Don’t miss smelling like an ashtray though.
Some days I feel I could just throw it in and then I say that I never want to have to try and quit again! Thanx is not only to you but many many others who kept me grounded.
Thanks again……hugs to everyone!

Anne, that’s a good one- “butt it has” love it.
Thank you! Yes, we are doing this! Crazy sometimes to think I ever smoked.
You’re such a steady force on here. Gonna start calling you Anne The Rock!

Hi everyone ! I hope everyone from Feb 2020 group is doing well and have finally kicked that evil habit.
My 2-year quit-date is coming up in a few days, and it has me reflecting on the journey a good bit. I might write up some post
next week to mark the mile-stone, or maybe not.
I just wanted to say that even though I don't drop in as much as I thought I would, I do still think about all of you that helped me quit here, and truly appreciate it. I find it a bit
surreal that after decades of being a die-hard smoker, I'm now looking back on what a 2-year quit is like. I really couldn't have done it without the help of this group. I owe you all so much.

I totally hear ya Jules, I won my two year badge on Jan 1 and I remember your posts over that period. We are so lucky to have found this forum. It made all the difference in getting through the roughest times.
Cheers and congratulations to you for sticking to it - 2 YEARS IS A LOT TO BE PROUD OF. Well Done !!!
