Ouch!!! The Nicodemon is knocking at the door, I can hear his big long tail swishing on the path, Go away your not welcome here...I Choose Not to Smoke I repeat I choose not to smoke Ah! respite.

Strong smell of frustration in the air, perhaps I should ease up on this coffee, second cup. my imagination is running wild, big cats chasing me in the forest, Kangaroos jumping over my body, bears fighting over my salmon, the sun turning translucent orange hidden by a thin veil of whispy cloud. It's just a dream, intermittent images flashing across the screen, of what was my life, steeped in puffs of nicotine magic, oh the sheer bliss, congested lungs laboured breathing gnarled and twisted stained fingers grasping onto the salvation stick. Punching into the air right fist clenched, ah I see victory apocalyptic vision white as snow coming to the rescue...

Never mind my babble

Take care everyone

Kind regards

Anthony

It may have been a huge tsunami Anthony, but the description was beautiful! I think you’re onto something, writing it out in the moment like that! Glad it’s past and you came through unscathed. Seriously. That description was amazing.

I smoked, so I've started again, lesson learnt, keep the two patches on

8 hours, 49 minutes and 30 seconds. 14 cigarettes not smoked, saving $19.80. Life saved: 1 hour, 10 minutes.

Trial and error

Had a horrid night

All's good now

Kind regards

Anthony

Ok, so, right! Lesson learned, and now you carry on. You will get there Anthony! Two patches and trust yourself today to do this.

I will, I'm committed to a quit, I just don't know which one, I pour all my effort into each one. I could lose my quit smoking counselor over this hiccup, oh well.
