Hey Anthony!

Ahhhh...you know the way to my heart! I do love a beautiful sunrise and sunset. This one must have set your day off in the most peaceful way. Thank you for sharing.

Strong work Anthony. Keep it up. I see Titanium in your future!

Listen...if your interested, a gal in Slovenia, Nika, started a very interesting thread right up under the November Quitters. You strike me as a bit philosophical and introspective at times and I’d love to hear your thoughts there. Even if you don’t write, I think you’d find it of value if you haven’t already read it. It’s called “Does (not) smoking change you as a person?”.  Like you, I worked with my therapist on my quit, actually off and on for several years working through the fear of stopping. So, am just interested in other’s experiences and how we view ourselves as a smoker vs. non smoker. Anyway...you maybe already saw it, but if not, check it out.

Im doing good. Still not “there” yet as feeling totally free, but closer every day most days!blush
